Have you been thinking about buying a rental property but didn't know
where to begin?
Are you overwhelmed by what will be involved and unsure of the steps
you would need to take?
Do you feel like you don't know enough to get started and aren't sure
where to find someone that can help you along?
When I first started thinking about buying a rental property, my
husband and I were both working full time. We made enough each month to
pay our bills and put a bit aside but basically we were just "getting
by". I wanted something more and I wanted to start building wealth for
me and my family. If you've come to this site, you obviously want to
increase your wealth as well.
Real estate is one of the best investments there is and owning a rental
property can substantially increase your net worth. WHY?? Because you
have an appreciating asset that someone else is paying off for you.
If you're like me, you've probably thought about buying a rental
property to increase your wealth but the task itself seems
overwhelming. There is a lot of information to know and it can be
difficult and very time consuming to gather it all. You may also have
heard some horror stories about bad tenants and the "hassles" of owning
a rental property. For example, getting a 2:30 a.m. call to come and
unplug a toilet.
I had heard these stories too but there was one thing I noticed...
Most of the successful people that I knew or read about had invested in
real estate.
There obviously were benefits to owning a rental property and I knew I
could accumulate more wealth by moving forward and buying one than just
staying where I was. The big question was...
Where do I begin?
I had so many questions in the beginning of my quest to be a landlord.
Here's just a few:
* Can I afford it? Can I qualify for another mortgage?
* How will I know if a property will give me extra money every month
or drain me?
* How will I know what to charge for rent?
* How will I find good tenants?
* What forms do I need?
* What do I need to know to manage a rental property?
When I first started out, I would have given anything to have an e-book
for beginners to guide me through this process.
Let's face it, buying your first rental property does require some
capital to get started so the last thing you want to do when you're
starting out is make costly mistakes. In order to make this venture
succeed...
You need to learn before you start to earn!
It's taken me years of research, education and hands on experience to
become a successful landlord and you now have the benefit of my
experience. Learn from me before you go out and buy your first rental
property and I guarantee you will be successful in this venture.

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.
ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
